What You Need

  • A Rust Console Edition Server With RCON Enabled, From Any Host (G-Portal, Nitrado And Others)
  • Your Server's RCON IP, RCON Port And RCON Password, Found In Your Host's Control Panel
  • A Discord Server Where You Have Manage Server Permission

1, Invite The Bot

Open rce-bot.net/invite And Pick Your Discord, Keep The Permissions It Asks For, They Let It Post Logs, Images And Buttons

2, Add Your Server

In Your Discord Run:

/server add name:MM1 ip:123.45.67.89 port:28016 password:yourRconPassword region:EU
  • name Is A Short Label You Choose, Like MM1 Or EU Main
  • port Is The RCON Port, Not The Game Port, Mixing These Up Is The Most Common Problem
  • The Bot Tests The Connection Before Saving, If It Can't Connect Nothing Is Stored
  • RCON Passwords Are Encrypted At Rest And Never Shown Again

3, Switch Features On

Every Feature Can Be Turned On Or Off Per Server, Either In The Web Panel Under Servers Or With:

/server feature server:MM1 feature:kits enabled:true

4, Set Up Permissions

Map Your Discord Roles To Bot Tiers So Your Staff Can Help Run Things, See Permissions

5, Pick Log Channels

Choose Where Kills, Joins, Kit Claims, Zorps, Moderation, Economy And More Get Posted, In The Panel Under Log Channels Or With /server logs
